Request Account / Data Deletion

Use this form to request deletion of your Tones by Aysa account and/or your stored data. We'll send a prefilled request email to our team at origin@aeonmi.ai — this will open your default mail app so you can send it.

How it works: Clicking "Send Deletion Request" will open your email client with a prefilled message addressed to origin@aeonmi.ai. If you don't have a mail client configured, use "Copy Request Text" and paste into your webmail to send to origin@aeonmi.ai.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 30 days. If you need urgent help, you can also email origin@aeonmi.ai directly.
